Rolaids 'cause that is how you spell "relief", right? Besides Rolaids have more calcium!

Neither work very well for me. Pepcid AC works very well. If I know I'm going to be eating a spicy meal I take a Prilosec OTC an hour before eating. I love spicy food but it gives me severe acid reflux which tums or rolaids won't touch!

I prefer Tums because of the added benefit of the calcium. I just bought a bottle today of Spearmint Tums, extra strength.

Neither. I like Zantac 75mg (OTC) because I don't like the after taste of the flavored Tums or Rolaids.

I prefer Tums because they are also a good calcium supplement, along with a good heartburn reliever.

I think that Tums are safer because they don't have aluminum in them.

oh no no no, try drinking a tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar. There's a little burn as it goes down but it works like you can't believe.
