A compelling plot that grips you from start to finish, leaving you a little sad when it's over, believable characters you can identify with, even come to care about, and most of all, skilled writing by a master of the craft.

i'll tell you what qualities i don't like in a book(underlinen don't) that is well written: a lot of descriptive language and using a gazillion adjectives that even george bush won't be able to understand.. i like it simple.

New topic, easy reading, good back up information, simple writing, not abusing of adjectives or confusing plot, not expensive but available.
