yes there is circumscission, which mean the cut of the foreskin arround the penis, which is ordinary thing done for the males in the early age in Islam and Jewish religion, but also there is sporadic cases done in the west surgically in cases of diseases needed this operation, and also Imagine other thing that I told u, there is also the circumscission did for females in the past, and still done till now in some Aferican counteries and islamic counteries, like egypt and afghanistan, which they cut a part of clitoris(****), to get rid of the exsit sexy feeling of the females, and they thaught that she will be far from guilty!!!!!!and sometime it lead to severe bleeding and also may cause death.
