Your NOT FAT, eat some special k if your that worried about ebing fat and drink lots of water and eat veggies and fruit. Since your so young its not as big of a problem on the weight but if you were older that would be kinda thin, your body is still growing and your bones ect, so just use good judgement.

There are a lot of different ways to think about a person's ideal body weight. Some people would consider it to be the weight that was directly proportional to a person's height, so that you wouldn't have people who are short and fat or tall and thin...
A 'better' way to think about a person's ideal body weight is as what is a 'healthy' weight for their age and height using their body mass index.
Please keep in mind that many factors go into determining if someone is 'healthy' and that this is just one tool. Talk to your Pediatrician if you have concerns about your child's weight.
A 13 year old (female) child who is 95 pounds and is 5 feet and 3 inches tall has a body mass index of 16.9, which is at the 21th percentile, and would indicate that you are at a healthy weight.
Remember, a child is considered to be:
overweight if they have a BMI over the 95th percentile for their age
at risk of becoming overweight if they have a BMI between the 85th and 95th percentile for their age
underweight if they have a BMI under the 5th percentile for their age
And a child has a healthy BMI if it is between the 5th and 85th percentile.

Don't worry about being overweight. Right now focus on putting on weight. Ask the doctor what is the best way to stay fit and have a normal weight. It's not good to be underweight like that. It's probably worse than being overweight. Don't let Hollywood tell you that you should be skinnier. Healthy weight is so much better than pencil thin.

No, you are not overweight. If you're worried about what you're eating, that it might be too little, go to a doctor and tell him. He can give you a healthy calorie goal to aim for each day and let you know both the upper and lower end of the healthy weight range for you.
Tell your parents about your worries, or if you're not comfy with that, another adult. Anorexia is NOT fun, and if you can nip any anorexic urges/tendancies/behaviors in the bud before you get trapped in them, do your best to.
(Oh, and if you need something to motivate you to eat normally. Anorexic girls generally don't end up with any chest or bum, and really, trust me, boys want at least some of that :P Check out the front of sports illustrated, the girls are thin, but musculed from activity, not starvation, with curves)

You are. You should weigh about 20 pounds more.
Determining desirable body weight:
If the tables are not available, a simple way to determine desirable body weight is as follows:
Women: 100 pounds of body weight for the first 5 feet of height, 5 pounds for each additional inch.
See a doctor to get you off this treadmill.

No your not overweight if anything your probably a little under weight for your height and age group. Have you talked to anyone closer to you about this so that they could help you find a solution. I think it would be a good idea if you looked at the affects that anorexia has your you life (your body, your mind etc). I believe this will help you in finidng your solution for this problem.I dealth with this problem also about two years ago and trust me the faster you ask for help is the better for you.

Are you kidding? 95 pounds is slim, you shouldn't be straving yourself like that, so quit worry about it? And sweetie, you're a bit young to be worried about your weight. Your 12, live like you are. Don't listen to anybody's opinions, be it tv or anybody who gives you a hard time for it. Be who you are. You'll have plenty of time to worry about weight when you're older but you're 12 hon, don't stress. It's okay to have a little meat on your bones. Just as long as you're comfortable with yourself. Don't become anorexic over anything, it will ruin your life. Please, enjoy your life and stop worrying so much.

No don't worry about being overwieght, you are still young and your motabolism could kick in to over drive. don't starve yourself, that only causes more problems, just eat healthy but don't forget to treat your self also with a food that you love. You are young so don't worry about your wieght at all. I don't think you are over wieght. You don't want to be too skinny either and then you wouldn't have a good body shape. Smiles!
