Resume Objection? Not sure what that is.
the OBJECTIVE section of a resume usually points out what you intend to do with your resume. "Looking to join a fast moving company with growth and leadership." or maybe "Looking to get a position with Child Welfare where I can use my current skills and add to my experience base."

Gotta look eager and experienced but ready to learn and get new experiences.

Your resume objective should be targeted to the job you are applying for...

If it's a teacher then...

Seeking a teaching position with children in the 4th or 5th grade.

If it's a daycare worker...

Seeking a position as a childcare provider within the chicago area

I assume you mean in your objective?

You should put in an objective that helps the company get what it wants. Remember that the company is hiring to meet their needs, not yours.

Compare these two objectives:

Looking for a position that will allow me to succeed while working with children.
versus
Looking for a position that challenges me while making the company a success.

Notice that they say pretty much the same thing, but one emphasizes the company's success, not your personal success.

Good luck!

Stress flexibility, patience, understanding, team player and a very strong sense of organization. All of these are twice as true if the position is for special needs. You also want to slide something about you being sympathetic towards troubled youth.
