Ahh..you already know what I think about it. How many of you would leave the UN if you were America?

NEVER. The UN was set up in a time where world leaders actually recognized the importance of having a world wide stage to talk about problems. If the US where to leave it would mean a lot of bad blood and we've already got enough bad blood on our hands. I'm not sure if there are any good reasons for leaving the UN. AT ALL.

That would be like walking away from rental property that you own because you do not like the tenants. The current administration never abides by the amendments they themselves have supported or introduced anyways. It is 'Do As I Say, Not As I Do'. Besides the U.N. is the perfect umbrella to put troops in ANY country in the world. So why would you leave the organization that you are going to use to dominate the geo-(military) political-economical will of the world?

The UN is corrupt (Annan) and empowed by countries that are just as corrupt (France, Russia). It has become anti-American and does not support our interests, even though we supply the greatest percentage of it's funding. The UN is a financial and political drain on our country and we need to cut all ties now!

Yes we should leave now. Not only leave but cut all funding to them (that would decrease their budget by about 20%) and kick them off American soil and tell them to take their anti-gun statue with them.
I guess I should clear this up for you I don't really like the UN. I tend to be a little vague.
