I've always had little lumps but not spots on my areola's but now these tiny whiteheads can be squeezed.

Its nothing bad. It could actually be several things. You could be ovalatin (spelling), your monthly on the way or just left, Or (most common) Your body is in a cleasing stage. That usally happens when you are becoming slightly more active than usual. You body is starting to push unwanted oils out through your pores and since they aren't open its getting trapped under the skin. Best thing to do in that case is you some kind of face treatment (i.e. astriginment(sp)or Proactive. If its sensitive enough for the face you can usually use it around your nipples.)

change your shower gel, its nowt really dont worry. Try "simple" soap. thats very good honest
