Yes, but eating healthier things will produce a healthier baby and save you the hassle of having lots of weight to lose after you give birth.
Try to stick with healthy foods and add small amounts of junk food if you can. I would rather see someone eat lots of candy then smoke, drink or use drugs during pregnancy.

When you are pregnant you should eat healthily but sweets in moderation is just fine. During pregnancy your blood sugar can fall so I kept a candy bar with me all the time.

Yes, Why not unless you are a diabetic.
Eat healthier things. I ate Watermelon, Carrots, celery and Reese's Peanut butter cups.
It's not like you are going to make a three course meal out candy, Right? Your body craves different things because of not eating the right stuff.

This is the one point in your life where you can control exactly what your child consumes. If you don't want your child eating candy when they're born, then don't do it while they're in urtero. If you want something sweet go for all natural stuff like fruit. Or make your own fruit pops.

yeah you can eat candy. i crave candy all the time. And eat it, just becareful because you can get gestational diabetes during pregnancy. So just becareful on how much you take it. Just try and stay away from caffeine.

"Teach your children well"! CALL FRUITS CANDY, and your child will learn to LOVE CANDY!

Yeah you can, but if you eat a lot of it you can develop Diabetes, so limit the intake, if you get diabetes your baby will to, it is sharing your blood Right now.

of course you can but you should moderate the amounts of bad food you eat as that could be linked to some kind of behavior later in your childs life.....some study will say it you just wait and see
