I remember that Basile couldn't handle the pressure . What Argentina needs is a coach to teach them to be confident, and not chokers. Self confidence has been Argentina's problem, for ever.

its along ways to WC 2010 and we wont know for sure but Argentina did great this WC sure i wanted my team to win but they were a very young team and only will get better with experience. Messi is the real deal the team will be build around him, he has speed and he is magical with the ball control he will become the top footballer in the world in the next few years. Peckerman didn't really make a mistake he subbed Riquelme for Cambiossa because Riquelme doesn't play defence game, and at that time Argentina was winning i didn't like the Cruz for Crespo they could of put in Tevez or Messi but with Abbonanzieri getting injured that's what really hurt them, and at that time Germany was playing better and then they scored. but M. Rodriguez was clearly tripped in the penaltys area and it should of been a penaltie kick, not a yellow card for diving that's bull ****!!!!!I've been an Argentina fan my hole life and always will be and we have a great young team that will just keep getting better and this WC 2006 was good experience for the young players and i guarantee Argentina will be better and more experience and they will be the team to beat come WC 2010.
