Yes, it is normal to spot bleed. The heaviness of the period is regulated by the swelling of the uterus, and that can be affected sometimes by how much or little water you drink or what kind of food you eat. I was on the pill for 6 years and it would happen randomly to me too.

Yes, it is normal. If you read your info packet to your pills it may even be a side effect of the pill you are on. Also, if you were even an hour later taking your pill it may cause spotting. That was how it was explained to me by my doc.

it is okay you want to have periods because when you don't have them it makes you FAT i just got on the depo and i have been bleeding for 21 day yeah it sucks but i lost 10lbs birth control just messes women's body up i was on the patch and i got preg. and had a miss carriage and now iam on the depo and i cant eat i am always tired and i have to babies getting around i think that birth control sucks all together i wont get on any birth control again.

I think so, I heard that it was, sometimes people are on the pill to slow down their bleeding.

I've heard of that happening to quite a few women. They say it sometimes takes longer than 1 year to get adjusted to B/C.
