it will be hard to balence school work and ice skating after school also i need time to hang with my friends and my priorities what should i do

I don't know how old you are, so I'll assume you are talking about either elementary or middle school.
You named 3 things, school work, ice skating, and friends as your main activities. You also said, you want to manage them and keep them in good balance by setting the priorities.
Good! By realizing just that, you are few steps ahead of your friends.
First thing you must do is to see how important those things are for you. Is it school work, ice skating, or friends? Which one must be done right away and which one can wait or reschedule....
Remember, these things will change. One week, perhaps your shool work is an absolute priority because it's due next day. Next week, it may not be....
Once you know the priorities, you can re-arrange them for the day or for the week. Be sure to evaluate your priorities by what needs to be done, NOT what you want to do....
You should typically put your school work as priority #1, because if you get behind in one class, it's easy to get more behind in the next, then the next.... until you are so behind, it will require so much work to catch up.

well its hard to manage this but not impossible. first look what are your priorities. i think school will be your priority, and you can manage time with ice skating and friends also. just manage time properly.

focus on school first... then how about you go ice-skating with your friends(that just killed 2 birds with one stone) and if they don't ice-skate tell them just to watch untill your finished.... and your priorities you can handle at home....
