There could be a number of reasons for the bumps a bug bite of some kind, maybe a spider. To be on the safe side I would call her pediatrician and talk to the nurse they will let you know if they want to see her. I know my son had some on his hands and feet and I took him in and it was seasonal eczema and he was given steroid cream. I first tried home remedies and then was worried he had gotten into something outside. I wish you the best for you and your little one.

Not sure if this is it or not (Dr can diagnose) but it may be foot-and-mouth (aka hoof-and-mouth) disease. This is a bacterial infection that babies tend to get either picked up on their feet, or in the mouth, and then spread it by putting their feet in their mouth. Look around the corners of her mouth and also inside her mouth for blisters. If this is it a round of antibiotics will cure it right up.

well, when you said with that clear puss inside.
1- here if the content is clear that mean it is not pus "but serious" that occur due to local trauma or heat, need only local cleaning and care.
2-if the content is pus, so it is not clear as you described it but it is white to yellow color, that mean it is bacterial infection, here it need cleaning and removing of the pus and local antiseptic or antibiotic ointment and rarely need systemic antibiotic.
3-but I advice you to consult your Dr because you can not treat your kid through yahoo answers,
here you can rich your mind only,
Aabe

Yes, sometimes in really small children mosquito bites will look blistery. Both of my children's skin did this when they were bit by mosquitoes. I would watch them and if they get worse take her to the doc. If not then don't worry about it.

I'm not sure, but maybe she has coxsackie virus-it is going around. Check with the doctor.

My nephew had it too, they were spider bites the pediatrician had to lance them. So I make sure there are spiders in my baby's room.

Take her to a doctor and have them checked. If yours isn't available take her to the emergency room.

Nope, but I'm sure she'll be fine. If they go away then there's probably no need to worry. If they go away and come back you should probably ask her ped.
