I live in Metro Detroit so I have gone to Canada many times. Canadians also eat fries with vinegar. I think the colas are made with sugar and not corn syrup. I like the Dim Sum restaurants in Windsor. I like to shop in Toronto. I like to camp in Canada too. Canada rocks - A?

Lol, I'm Canadian, and I can't help being both amused and pleased by your comments. I love lots of Canadian food, of course, but having never eaten in the US, I can't compare. :O)
P.S. I work at McDonald's, but at my location, they phased out the poutines. I make some at home, sometimes, or have one at Deluxe restaurants. If you ever go to eastern Canada (New-Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Prince-Edward-Island), you should try out some Acadian delicacies.

I've heard of poutine but never tried it- I prefer my fries the normal way.
But I have to say- Dunkin Donuts doesn't hold a candle to Tim Horton's. So I agree with you there!

It's not special Canadian cheese on poutine. It's mozzarella cheese with beef gravy. My husband makes it all the time at home. Just purchase beef can gravy and mozzarella cheese next time you shop.

Fast food corporations are well known for creating foods that cater to the local pallate, this is nothing new.
The japanese have lots of different things to, at McD's they have a shrimp burger.
And some places in America still have the McRib.

That's a question? Sounds like an answer to me. You just got a
-5 for that.
That's funny, Tim.
I wish there were a drive-thru, salad only place. Hey, what an idea!

I had no idea! I am not a "fast food " person other than Subway, but why do they have that special Italian sauce and we do not? Hmmm, thanks for letting us know! I may have to contact the headquarters and ask them! I will!!

I didn't. I have been to Toronto a few times and LOVED it though. We could learn a lot from Canadians.

I didn't know they existed, but I'm not surprised. Probably has something do to with the "food police" here in the US.
