If both parties are participating in the "deed" honorably, a mistake is simply a mistake. No one has to "keep in in their pants", or take sole responsibility for an act which is shared. However, if there is deceit or fraud which results in a pregnancy, that person should deal with the legal and financial consequences. Any allegation would have to be proved, but it is no different than intentionally passing a STD. In both cases, one party was aware of something, and impacted the life of another that was not.

I know this much - You are both right and wrong. First of all, it's f**ked up that some women actually do that, and men should have some kind of right - BUT - you do have to take responsibility of your actions. Why should you trust what some woman tells you about getting pregnant? And how does one trick you into getting pregnant? Why didn't you use protection?

No one will watch YOUR back but YOU. YOU have to control YOU, the woman who you got pregnant isn't responsible for you acting like a dumb *** whenever she tells a white lie to get pregnant. You can't trust anyone but YOURSELF.

Hmm...Where is the proof in that if the sex was consensual? For one, she could say the condom broke if one was being used which could be believable because it happens. And if she was on birth control, how could one prove she was not taking it at the time? That would be a hard case win in the guy's case.

You could get a lawyer to draw up some contracts which state your reason for having sex is purely pleasure and in no way do you wish to pro-create. Get your partner to sign one and it should give you some lagal cover. If this fails get her a gift voucher for the nearest abortion clinic. Happy hunting.

No law is needed, just some common sense and a condom. If the woman still insists that her partner not wear one...do not have sex.

Yes there should be! Women are freaking crazy! There are so many women that do that it is not even funny, then they want to get paid when the man doesnt stay with them. I would want to stay with a lying Beotch either.

If you don't want to take the risk, keep it in your pants. A woman can't get pregnant with your offspring without a sample of your DNA.
