I know you guys might think I'm crazy for posting this here, but I am looking for help from EGYPTIANS or people who know about their culture, so that's why I chose this category to post my question...

Anyway, I know the Egyptians use many natural remedies for their illnesses and I'm trying to find out what most Arabian people do to NATURALLY relieve a migraine headache. Herbs, plants, drinks?

Thanks for your help. :)

This isn't Egyptian; just something I read recently. Take your finger and rub up and down between your eyebrows 30 times or so.

you can rub peppermint oil in the temples of your head
also, you can soak a piece of cloth in cider vinegar and tie it around your head just like in the picture rocky!
you can also check with your doctor about the food that you should cut off to avoid having migraine, such as caffeine, peanut butter, mozzarella cheese...etc.
