Yes, there will be a High School Musical 2. They are filming it now as we speak. It will be out sometime, I think, in spring 2007. Try disneychannel.com to see if they posted anything about the movie. If so, I don't know where else to look.

unfortunately, yes there will be a second movie. I dont see why everyone likes it. Disney is like an experts at making shows with older characters for little freakin kids, and that will get them nowhere.

I'm sure there probably will be with how big the first one was, although at this time, I have no information regarding the sequel
