Well, I wouldn't choose a woman, because the whole idea would be to get off the flipping island, and a woman (no matter how attractive) would drive me nuts. No matter what idea I came up with, it would be wrong. When we did things her way and it turned out badly, that would still be my fault. ( for unexplained reasons, but still my fault).
No thanks. I can do without sex for as long as it takes me to get back to civilisation. Remember, my priority would be to GET OFF THE ISLAND!
In all seriousness, I can think of at least 3 or 4 of my friends who are intelligent, resourceful and capable enough that I would want them with me in a tough spot. To the best of my knowledge, not one of them has ever had PMS, either. ( although we do sometimes wonder about one of them)

Johnny Depp. Man, I love that guy. He is adorable. Been in love with him since 21 jump street. He is so sweet. He looks good still............til this day! wow! I would have to say that I'd like to be on an island, trapped in a room, an elevator, anywhere, just so I can meet him, spend time with him, talk to him, and fulfill that fantasy! wooo hoo!

My husband - without a doubt. For whatever reason, he loves me with all my eccentricities, does not try to change me, still opens car doors, refrains from swearing in my company ... with that said, once or twice a year he does display a ridiculous temper during which he says something so stupid, I just let him "stew" for a couple of days, when he apologizes -- then we go on.

You wouldn't know that person. It would not be a celebrity or person like that - that's for sure. Know why? I would need to be on an island with someone I KNOW, trust and care about. Not just some person you see on TV.

My husband. I know I like him and could deal being trapped on an island for eternity with him. Plus, he is resourceful and handy to have around for killing bugs.

The girl of my dreams....lol. We haven't even gotten to meet yet (she IS stuck on an island, Australia, lol). We talk for hours at a time, and I am headed down there ASAP to meet her face-to-face.
