Either Slash for GNR (they suck, he rocks) or Jasin Todd from Shinedown. Shinedown's is simplistic, but it sounds really nice when it is all peiced together.

It's gotta be Slash from Velvet Revolver... he is awesome...but I'll also give you one of the most under rated guitarist of all time .. Dean DeLeo from Stone TemplePilots..he is totally amazing and no one has really heard of him...
