Here is my best advice to you. Restart when something doesn't work right. Do one thing at a time at first. Get "Video Professor" look for one of his promo's and sign up.( Be sure to cancel and return the ones you don't want right away. Their marketing is a little scammy feeling and you can end up owing a couple hundred for crap you don't want, if your not on top of it.) Next is be very careful of what you download .(no exe files from sites or people you don't know ) save files and scan for viruses before running. Just be wary of everything on the Internet like you would at a carnival or something ,you know watch your wallet and don't be gullible. This is the World Wide Circus after all. And lastly the "15" year old on myspace who wants you to get her some beer is an F.B.I. agent. Luck!

tyrn off your computer and log back on. this will reset everything back to the defaults. this fixes many online and offline problems
