Infertility just means that a couple has been trying to conceive for a year (if under 35) or six months (if over 35) with no success. It doesn't mean that they will never get pregnant. I can't count how many women I've known who were told that they would never conceive and somehow got pregnant on their own.
Your success depends on the cause of the infertility, lifestyle factors, and money (if assisted reproductive technology is needed).

It depends on the reason for infertility. I have known of several couples who've adopted because they couldn't get pregnant. Then lo and behold, she's pregnant. Other couples who've had trouble getting pregnant naturally have become pregnant through IVF.

if you both are, no . . . if you are infertile, you can take fertility drugs or go thru invitro procedures to have a baby . . . if he is (shooting blanks or no sperm at all), you can use donor sperm to get pregnant . . . if you can't carry at all, there is always the use of a surrogate mother or better yet, adopt a child, many need parents

If they both are infertile or sterile, I guess not. If only she is, they have fertility drugs.
