The site that keeps popping up is not on my list of websites that are allowed to pop up.

Do you mean you have Yahoo Toolbar with pop-up blocker? If so, here's what you do:
See the little square with a shield in front of it? That's the pop-up blocker control. Click on the small arrow next to it. Go down to "Why am I still getting pop-ups?" link and click. If that doesn't work, I can't help you. But I hope this works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You probably have a trojan on your computer. Popup blockers generally only work with website based script popups.
I would do a free online trojan scan with Ewido.

I have the same problem as well...there are some popups that always get by no matter what blocker you use...sorry

if a site has two popups your popup blocker can only stop one of them. nothing on the net is perfect

You might have spyware.Download this program http://www.superantispyware.com It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.
