er, no BIGTONY... War Criminals are those who make a war more cruel and degrading then it has to be. Bombing military installations is one thing, invading a democratic, moderate nation is another.
Us Brits commited War Crimes in the second great war, as did the Americans and Russians. Those soldiers were tried and exectuded, as they should have been

The only war criminals in the history of man have been those who lost conflicts. Curtis LeMay once said if we'd lost WW2, he would have been a war criminal.
