I have one, mint condition inside and out. Gray clear coat exterior, no rust, very nice leather seats interior. No mechanical problems, stock engine. Is it likely to appreciate over the next 5 years?

Is it a factory turbo? That makes a HUGE difference in the value!!!! A regular coupe would be worth about $1000 or so, in good condition. The turb would be worth almost $5000 in the same condition!! This is assuming that there are not too many miles on the vehicles

If the car is taken care of well, and not driven much (several thousand miles a year) you will not lose much value, and the car may actually gain a bit.

Maybe if you gave more information people could give you better answers!
It depends on the milege mostly. Is the car a turbo 2, gxl gtu? Thats makes a huge difference also.
The car will not appreciate. Check prices on the 1st gen RX7s'. Are they more expensive than the 2nd generations(yours)?

Rx7 Value

depending on the mileage, say, under 100000 miles, that car is probably worth upwards of five grand. If you find the right collector, that car may be worth a good deal more, especially if it is an rx-7 turbo with an original setup. good luck.

Actually not much by blue book listing(less than $1000 if you lucky), You would need a stated value in an auto policy to make it worth something. To do that you need it appraised also.
