Shakira "Hips don't lie" because she is the kind of artists who is listened to for her music and not to prove a point that she can get beyond her personal life.
Shakira has spent years getting to where she is and actually performs her songs live whereas Paris Hilton paid her way to get her song on the radio...and have has she ever performed live? I think not!
