Okay - I know you don't want white, but white with red coin dots, or polka dots would look stunning. Or if you REALLY have an aversion to white, then off-white with navy stripes.

maybe a blue shirt or something like that but you should have some matching shoes to the skort or the top

you just can't seem to go wrong with brown, nowadays. of course black will always work, but i don't like black & red...to harsh colors together. brown will soften up the red...just my opinion

i quite agree with the first answer. i always find that with red comes the darker or the beige colours you cant go wrong.
