Oh my gosh i loved it! Im so obsessed with Johnny Depp anyway though. He is so perfect as that Character. My favorite part was when Elizabeth Kissed Jack. It was so cute! I also loved the part when he was running away from the cannibal tribe. He was so funny in that part: " mah boogie snickle snickle, Come on"

Ive seen in. Its packed with action but suitable for guys between 15 to 21. If you are older than that you just think "kids stuff" It gets boring after a while and there is certainly going to be a Pirates of the Carribean III it has an open ending.

If you are talking about the Pirates of the Caribbean sequel, Dead Man's Chest, yes I did see it. The first hour or so was pretty slow, but the pace and humor picked up by the last hour. On top of that there is a surprise cliffhanger ending, which will really make you yearn for the third installment.

As far as how it compares to the first one, I think the first one was so original than one will never be able to replicate the humor in it with sequels. In that sense, it lost its former appeal. Overall though it was a decent movie.

Yep, and i am surprized at how this part would have been great for me. I would have made an excelent pirate if Jonny depp set the bar of how a pirate show's manners. (Saving his only shot for his mutinous first mate) I imagine that pirates couldnt spell that well, so thats a plus...land lover's are all the same if you ask me, with their books and spell checks..what say you?

I liked it, but it as a bit long. If you didn't see the first one, the second will get very confusing at the end. I know a lot of nautical lore and myths of the sea, so i understood it pretty well, but my wife was very confused. It didn't help that the character in it that explained so much used a thick Jamacian accent, mon.

I think it wasn't quite as good as POTC 1, but definitely very good and worth the $ to go see. Warning: it's long and makes lots of references to the POTC 1; if you can, watch POTC 1 the night before to catch up on everything. Very entertaining!

I loved it...I didn't think it was too long...yes, afterwards you realize...hey I've been sitting here a long time...but when you're watching it...I was never "bored" enough to look at my watch and wish it was over...unlike sitting through Lord of the Rings movies in the theatre. The action was great, and the dialogue was fun!
