Waxing lasts about as long as plucking. The difference is the price. You can pluck at home for free. If you choose to go this route here’s some info that may help.BTW, before starting, put ice on your eyebrows for about 3-5 minutes….this will help with pain. Good luck!! =)

(P.S. Here’s a poem for ya about plucking your eyebrows. I wrote this myself after a major catastrophe…the first time I ever plucked. Hope you get a kick out of it!!)
The Unibrow:
The unibrow is an ugly sight;
So I freeze and tweeze to make it right.
My eyes water as pain shoots through my face;
yet, I keep plucking….the hairs must be erased!!
Then….oooh….sh*t….I pulled out TOO MUCH!!!
There’s a bald patch in the right one, where I messed it all up!!
I curse and I scream and I begin to cry!
Why must they be bushy?? Why?? Oh WHY??

well, it depends.. do you have thick eyebrows?.. if you have thin eyebrows, it might not be worth it, you may only need to pluck a few stray hairs... and it depends on how long the wax lasts, for me, it usually lasts 3-4 weeks.. and if you get it repetitively dont, it will grow in thinner, and eventually stop (though that will take a while) Whenever you feel that most of the hairs have grown back, or it starts to look messy again, thats when you should get it waxed again. It looks nice when you get it done, hope this helped.

Try it out once but make sure you do NOT have sensitive skin when i got my eyebrows done the first time my skin got peeled off when they riped the wax off and it hurt! :( and the dry skin was there for about three days after but after it was gone (with no scaring...thank god) but i do have to say that my eyebrows did look really good after all that lol
so if you don't know if you have sensitive skin and if you don't mind that happening to you i would say try it out and if it happened then i say puck them then at least you get to do it your self and you will know that nothing will go wrong -or- go with treading i do that sometime is fast and painless and you don't have to get them done as much
But if you decide to keep on waxing then you will have to get them done like every 3 weeks!
I also agree with Yasmin ^ if you want to wax get it done once and then start pucking them before ALL the hair grow back lol its way better and you know that you will have a great shape all the time lol
Good Luck!

That will depend on how fast they grow back. My eyebrows are natural thickness and shape, I get them done about every 3 weeks or so to maintain their shape, just make sure you get a good pair of tweezers for the "in between" waxes, it will keep them well groomed. But you dont always have to get your eyebrows waxed, you can always tweeze them, but make sure you do it after a shower or bath because the warm water makes it less painful to tweeze, you can get tweezing techniques on the interenet they will show you where to pluck to get your desired look. Hope this helps.

Normally only about once a month-and you DON'T wan't to tweeze in between, because your eyebrow hairs have to be a certain length to be pulled out by the wax. It really doesn't hurt since they do it so fast, but you will most likely be red afterwards so don't get it done right before you go somewhere!

I think that if you have very nice eyebrows than don't wax them. I have never waxed my eyebrows but i do pluck them myself. My friend told me that if i ever wanted to wax my eyebrows than only do them once and before they grow back pluck them. When you wax them once they will grow back but they will grow back thin and it will be easier to pluck. Don't do them to thin if you want to wax or pluck them cause it doesn't always look good, trust me i know.

i think everyone should get their eyebrows cleaned up but you may want to get them threaded. some waxing places arent very clean and bacteria can grow in the wax and if they dont use clean strips you can break out badly or worse in that area! and i do it every 2 weeks but try to do it every week just so they can be clean.

I say wax and you would probably have to get it done about every 2 or 3 weeks (depends on how fast your hairgrows)!!!!!!
