when i try to create another screen name for my wife it wont let me past the scrambled word screen..help!!!?

It will try to register but will always pop up a error that says "You must type in the word that appears in the box...

type in the letters in the order they appear without leaving a space in between them. hope this helps.

Duh, why don't you just type in the word that's in the box?
