I was wondering if there were any abortion clinics in Southern Oregon, so that I wouldn't have to go to California?

Call the planned parenthood hotline on the link given already by someone. They'll be able to get you in touch with any abortion clinics in your area.
Generally looking in a phone book is a bad idea, as you can already tell by the answers you've been given, it's extremely common for people to masquerade as helpful strangers interested in helping you find your abortion, and then try to guilt trip you or talk you out of it. Not a single one of them would raise the baby afterwards for you, most wouldn't give you more than 20$ or a couple hours of their time, that's not their concern. If it's called "Crisis councelling" "Crisis Pregnancy" or something along those lines, they'll just blither at you.
Don't just blindly trust what anyone tells you when trying to counsel you on it though.
A slight reality check is needed for those suggesting that these places will help you pay for your baby. No. they will give you a couple outfits and a pack of diapers and maybe some formula. That's around 100,000$ short of the assistance needed to raise a child from infancy to 18 with the bare necessities. (of course, that's all assuming it's financial reasons at the root, not other social or health reasons)

Please make sure you have all the facts before you do something you might regret the rest of your life. Keep in mind that Planned Parenthood makes millions of dollars each year by selling abortion. The people who have a financial stake in your decision are not going to give you the most unbiased information.

Please consider keeping your baby or placing for adoption. You have several months to pull together resources - both emotional and physical. See if there's a Pregnancy Care Center near you. You can use the following link to find one. http://www.pregnancycenters.org/ They can give you a free pregnancy test and possibly a free ultrasound. They can help you find things you would need like clothes, a crib, etc. It's worth checking into before you make a huge decision like this.

Emily GROW UP! It is soo easy to judge somebody, when they themselves could end up pregnant and don't know what to do. Those ppl that don't want abortions are the people who are not willing to pay for more taxes to pay for other peoples children. To answer youre question you should try to looking in the yellow pages.

Yes there seems to be several on your local listings for abortion alternatives. Look it up in your phone book or online. Choose wisely on what you want, don't do what others tell you. Its your body not theirs.
