many years i changed into an Atheist. It's called mysticism, and people throughout history have wanted it.
Depending on what you do believe, dance and sing to God, or the universe, or to beauty and love or whatever.
But DO it! It'll probably keep you from getting cancer or something. If not, it'll sure make your life more fun. And who knows, it may take you someplace you couldn't get to without it.
Whether you call it worship or joy, it's gotta be a good thing. And you may end up believing in something different by the time you're through.

As a Nepalese shaman said, "religion is for those who can no longer see". What you perform is the primordial essence of religion - art. As Nietzsche said, art is the true metaphysical activity. The Dionysian arts - dance, music, and silence - constitute the highest activity of man. Nothing stupid about that - what's stupid is considering them stupid.

If not,what you're doing is not bad,you're just getting in touch with your inner self which is a part of God perhaps..It's good...You don't have to follow any religions just feel it if you want dance or do whatever you want.It's meditative and good for you!
