Yeah, he will be. They are done shooting the movie, for the most part. However, Johnny Depp doesn't want to play as Jack Sparrow after this film. In an interview, he said that he may hang up the character. So, if they do more Pirates movies, they won't have Jack. But, that's what Depp says now. He could very well change his mind or throwing everyone off the path and be secretly going to do more movies as Jack Sparrow. We'll see though.

Yes. The third movie's in production right now. 2 weeks ago, Entertainment Weekly had Johnny Depp, Kiera Knightly & Orlando Bloom on the front. The article inside had a sidebar smaller article about the third movie. It also hinted at a possible fourth movie.

As far as I know, yes. I heard that they started filming the 2nd and 3rd movie one right after the other, so it only makes sense that the same actors would be in it.

Yes...go to imdb.com and type in 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. all three movies will come up, and the third has him, orlando, & keira on the cast list
