First I'd take off my pants so no crap gets on them, then I'd quickly get up, grab my pants, flush the toilet, and go to another stall where I'd wipe my hinny and call it a day. See this works in two ways because if someone comes in after your done and your in the other stall they won't think it was you that did it....unless of course you yell out....hey man that stink...it came from me...in which case your on your own.

if there was another stall i'd move over, if not, and no one was around, i'd use paper towel. now paper towel has a rougher texture to it and may cause a rash, so while near the paper towl holder, wet it down just a little, takes away the pain

Check for toilet paper BEFORE you drop your shorts! I thought everyone checked first!
In your situation, the only possible choice is to pull up your pants and go find another stall that has toilet paper in it, then wipe there. Better luck next time!

If I'm at my own house, I jsut use a little kleenex from the garbage to get me by and then I get up and get a new roll... lol
