It actually is a term of endearment like I used to do favors for my grandma like "cook her food and wash her dog" and she always said thank you so much baby "Imma dance at your wedding" it's just a funny way of saying thank you and I'll do you a favor sooner or later. Well at least that's how most southern people would interpret it .

For most, better than I'll sing at your wedding...
I would dance (out of joy) at your wedding. Hopefully said implying that the joy they would have was real. With the wrong tone, it could be sarcastic perhaps meaning they don't like to dance and they don't believe you'll get married.
Good luck.

That means she's a friend. She'll dance at your wedding? That implies she doesn't want to marry/date you in my opinion. If she meant it as flirting it was poor.

Usually it means that they plan to know you well enough and long enough to celebrate your wedding. If they are flirting with you they may have gotten their metaphors wrong.

It means that she thinks well enough of you that someone would be happy to marry you but it won't be her. It's a polite way of saying that she's not interested.

I think it's usually something that you say to two people that are getting married, or you think will get married, or should get married. I've never heard it used as a pick-up line.
