You don't. If he has honor he will meet your needs and ask you out. If he is too naive to do this then he is immature and should not be taken back. Find someone who will fulfill your needs and not someone you have to breakup with in order to keep the relationship going.

I like it when girls buy me things too. I should'nt have to be the only one buying things in a relationship.
