Hi, kittybobbyfan, my name is Hank. I've seen "Firefly," and I liked the series very much. I'm a lifelong Science Fiction fan, and have been reading the genre since 1957.

Have you seen the movie. One of the crew is killed. I won't tell you which person it is.

I'd like to see the series reinstated, but it seems the NBC conglomerate wants to turn the SciFi channel into a horror and professional wrestling channel. I've written and complained, but it does no good.

They have such a big audience that if your don't have a million people behind your complaint--it goes straight to the trash can. I'm not adept enough at computers to build a site to get that many fans to sign a petition.

If you are, let me know. I'll write the petition up, as I'm pretty good at getting ideas down on paper where other people can understand.

It was a pleasure to communicate to you. I believe good communication is a dying art.

Great show that should not have been cancelled. Anything by Joss Whedon is great. The complete series on DVD is worth buying, and the movie - Serenity - was excellent as well.

I loved the depth of all the characters - even Jayne and Inara, who could have been stereotyped, were more than just dumb muscle and prostitute.

It was a great tv show. It always seems like the good shows end up being cancelled and they keep the trash on!

Yes i have. it is a really good show. It got canceled, but they made it into a movie called Serenity. Also, reruns are on the SciFi channel sometimes, usually on Friday.

Yep...a really good show. I loved the mix of cowboys and space, and the chinese/english mix of language.

The movie (Serenity) was good, though the deaths shocked me. But i know how in Joss's Verse anyone is fair game, so i wasnt suprised.

Yeah! I think it was a brilliant show. Too bad they pulled the plug only after 13 episodes. The movie version, 'Serenity' is good too!

Sure.

It is one of the few failed TV shows (failed defined herein as not lasting a whole season - didn't even make a half-season) that got turned into a movie.

I really liked it.

I love the show! Cancelled, of course; they always get rid of the good ones. It's available on DVD, though.
