Yup! Sure is! Your breasts won't get bigger until your milk comes in. You won't even produce much colostrum until you actually go into labor (the prostaglandins from labor stimulate the production). Keep a few things in mind: The kid does NOT need to feed for more than 10-15 minutes on each breast. DO NOT let the nurses tell you otherwise. The breast is EMPTY in 10 to 15 minutes. Also, if the baby is taking a dump, then he/she is getting enough milk. If you have difficulty getting your milk to "let down" at first, just sip a warm beverage. This will help you relax and also helps stimulate the breast. ALSO, your nipples WILL get sore. Rather than using nipple cream, just squeeze a tiny bit of milk out of the breast after the baby is finished and rub it around the nipple. Let it dry. It works better than any cream will!

Don't worry, after your baby is born you will experience plenty of leaking & more when your milk comes in. Be prepared for the milk to make you sore & even uncomfortable until the demand & supply is worked out between the amount you produce & the amount your baby needs. And don't forget the demand & supply will be changing as your baby gets older & needs cereal & other baby foods. If there are any questions you have regarding breast feeding do not hesitate to contact your caregiver for the best answer. Congratulations (a bit early) & God Bless you & your new little one!

It's okay, no matter how little or much is coming out at this point. The hormonal fluctuations of labor and birth is what will get the milk flowing, along with the baby's suckling. It will increase dont worry! Just remember to have faith in your body's abilities, learn about a good latch (see http://www.drjacknewman.com and his articles to learn how to latch baby the right way from the first feeding), and enjoy your new baby!

Yes, this is normal.
Some moms never leak at all and they can still breastfeed an army if they want.
Don't worry about it. Your milk will come in about 3-5 days after the birth. Nursing frequently after the birth is what will establish your supply.

Yes. Some women see nothing until actual birth of the baby. I never get any boobs while I am pregnant ( I am barely a B cup) but when I nurse I have more than plenty of milk so you should be fine.

your actual milk dosnt' actually come in till after the babys born, so it is normal that they don't really leak, my ob/gyn said that on 3 out of every 100 people medically can't nurse so I wouldn't worry about it that much you just have to wait till the babys born to see
