I stay inside with the air running around 75*.I can't take the heat.

Wear light or white cotton clothes, pick a hairstyle that's easy care for lots of swimming and showers. Stay in during the hottest part of the day, and try not to rush around in the heat.
Try to relax and utilize the cooler night hours to get some things done.
I live above the heat line in the mountains, but find it's getting hotter every year. Down in the valley below it peaked at 117 a week or so ago. Too hot for man and beast!

I like beer, too, but too much raises your body temp.

I also don't like the heat for too long. I used to keep my house at 72. But then I got the electric bill. So now I keep it at 75. I hope that will make the price go down a little.

Well unfortunately for me l don't have air con in my house so l sit in front of a fan instead. I also like to have cold showers and put my feet in my daughter's paddling pool :-)

Goto the Mall, ice-skate, Movies, Swim, eat ice cream, drink ice cold drinks

Well if your in the desert with NO water pee in a cup and pour it on your arms, wrist neck I know it sounds disgusting but if you want to live!!!

stay inside as much as possible...or go roller skating at the local roller rink...they have A/C

Same thing. Stay in if it is really hot and humid.
