I don't think that a parent is responsible, per se. At some point, a teen is going to find a way to have sex if that is the decision they have made.
I think that you can teach your kids that sex at such an early age is wrong, but I think it's a smarter approach to teach them about safe sex and the consequences of being uncareful.
If the teen does become pregnant, I think it is the parents responsibility to give guidance and support. Don't blame or put down--their already at one of the lowest points a person can go.

No. Legally the teen is responsible for their own child. The father of the baby is supposed to pay child support. In some, but not all states a teen is considered an adult when they have a child. Not all insurance companies will cover a teen's prenatal care. Also the parent's insurance will not likely cover the baby since it is not their direct dependant.

I assume you mean financially, YES child support YES! The parent of the pregnant teen or father of the baby are responsible. Just the same as if it's something else stupid they do.

as in... are the grandparents responsible for child support if there underage son is going to be a father? NO.
child support would be based on a 15 hour work week at minimum wage. child support would be set at roughly $20 per week. THAT'S IT, no girl's going to get rich off a little teenage boy OR HIS PARENTS.

Yes in some sort, Because you should of known where and what your child was doing, but at the same time they should of came and talk to you about protection. So it's bothe the parent and child's fault.

Sometimes. It depends on the reason they had sex.It would be the parent fualt if the parent did not explain to the child about the negative things that can happen when your having sex.But its not your fualt if the child knows better.

I dont believe so...we as parents can only do so much for them...unfortunately we cant keep them locked in a closet till their adults. I think its our jobs to educate them and let them know the consequences of their actions before it happens...

Yep, you shouldve taught them about safe sex and birth control.
If they really want to do it, you can't stop them, so you might as well give them the information they need to atleast prevent themselves from getting pregnant or catching an STI.
