yes it will, all the power valve does is give the bike a bit more top end. Remove the screws holding the valve cover on, remove all linkages and cables to the valve, remove the valve and clean it.

refit the valve but turn it so it is in the fully open position, this will give you full de restriction and make the bike very top endy, IE sod all bottom or midrange and a screaming banshee at the top.

removing the valve is pants. on a standard restricted bike is is set closed and theres no cable kit to work it. derestriction involved fitting the cables and hey presto it was full power.

once you have locked the valve open (or you may indeed want it closed) remove the activation cables if you don't want to use the valve at all.

Not really. The power valve is what controls your power band. The bike may start but would run very poorly if it did. Especially on a 125 where your pretty much always in power band. The power valve is an essential piece of your motor.

Then enable it dry thoroughly and positioned air filter out oil on it to keep dirt debris out, and water out. maximum 2 strokes fairly dont idle all that properly, because they ought to not they lose numerous low end ability with a more effective idle.

a direct answer to your question is , if the valve is still fitted it will run , if it has been removed **********either way you would be better of with a push bike
