I really don't think that is correct. It sounds like you may have read some error riddled material. The only think I have ever noticed them doing is feeling their rear to check the fit.

I don't think that women pat their butts in a pair of jeans anymore than men do, most of what you are probably seeing is from the movies and that is a way to get the men to see the woman as sexy. I'm sure that if you seen women do this in person, that this is what she is saying, or the fact she may be saying, "You can't touch this". I bet you are a butt man, lol.

What do you mean exactly? I feel on myself alittle bit, I love the way my hips and *** feels in jeans, I run my hands over them, but I don't pat.

i know excatly what u talkin bout, im from miami, fl. i notice 24/7 these ladies dont care.
if they wearing jeans or shorts. or even pants the seem to touch and/or rub the thighs, in thighs, or butt...
i know im an attractive guy, but i dont think they not doing it to notice me. even if they clique up in a group all them will seem to have there hand moving on their body if the wearing pants,jeans, shorts. i dont know im curious myself...
now skirts, and short shorts. they seem to be pulling it down constantly...........

It's a way for women to show their confidence or try to seduce a man i would think.
It's possibly a reaction caused from being nervous. :-/
