Hmmmm..this Brent guy must get around...we just had a guy named Brent do some minor body work on our car and paint the car and he said it would take a week. (he has another job) Then we finally got the car back 5 1/2 weeks later! Maybe it's his cousin?! LOL!

Maybe Brent isn't sure about what he is doin, or he wants to be extra super sure is doing EVERY-little-thing correctly? I don't know, if he is soo much slower I'd have a talk with hm, or have your supervisor unless you are the supervisor......Good luck & just don't ever tell Brent to take it easy or to slow down cuz then he may never get anything done. But give him a break & try to talk to him about WHY he is so much slower, surely there is a valid reason. If not then...well you'll figure out what to do.

Tell him to pick up the pace or pack his bags.
Maybe give him an incentive to speed it up. He probably wants to be certain everything is done correctly. Are you sure his work isn't better than the others?

Hmmm...does Brent get paid by the hour? Isn't that why he is so slow?

It's better to do the work right even if they are slow. Maybe if you learn patience, it will not bother you so much. :)
