Download System Mechanic 6 Professional from http://www.iolo.com . It has got everything to protect your computer. Antivirus, firewall, etc. Its a "System Mechanic". LOL! If you need a keygen for it, you can get it from crackserver dot com.

If you have AVG then you don't need any other anti-virus software.
No you can't DL MS office for free, unfortunately.

you have to have an antivirus and antispyware that are always up to date , you shouldn't open any file ( specially executable files ) without scanning them for viruses ...
