It sure is. Find out what the cell phone company address is by going to their website. I am with cingular, so if someone wants to email my cell they just use mynumber@cingularME.com (1234567899@cingularME.com).

Yep. All you do is send it to the person's cell phone number. Depending on their service carrier you may need to add that info as well. So for example if your phone number is 201-455-7777 and you have say Nextel it would be 201455777@messaging.nextel.com
Most carriers also allow you to go to their website and send an email message.

I can't answer that but you can go on-line and send a text message. For instance, if it is a Nextel phone - type in Nextel Text Messaging and it will bring you to an area you can put the phone number in and send the message. Hope this helps.

I believe you need to register your cell online with the website that provides the email service first. There is the alternative of text messaging. I have sent email messages to my phone.

Just type the e-mail like normal then in the TO: spot type in the phone number and hit send when finished. It should work.

it is possible,
what you need to do is have eamil addresses in this format:
8888888888@company.com
the only problem is the "company.com" you have to know the correct domain name of the cell provider.(which could be different from their regular website)

If you have AIM or any other instant messaging, you can send it to the person's cell number.
