Both Chemistry and Physics are quite easy - I studied both (3 years of chemistry, 2 years Physics). I mostly studied for a few days before the exams and mostly got A's. The advice I give:
1) Attend all the lectures
2) Attend all the pracs and tutorial sessions
3) If you don't understand a lecture, ask questions
4) If you still don't understand, ask more questions
5) Focus on understanding the material.
6) Plan an structured exam study timetable, try to stick to it and reward yourself for doing so.
7) Get some past papers (old exam papers) and do them as practice. Ask the professor/class mates questions if you get stuck
It generally helps if you really are interested in the subjects - this makes if much more enjoyable.

I've taken both Chemistry and Physics at the university level. It's actually not that hard; especially if you have a good teacher. The key to both is to make sure you study and that you don't fall behind.
Good luck and I hope you get your A's!

It depends on your school and on your interest in these topics.
Before signing up for and committing to too many other responsibilities/activities during the semester, I recommend waiting until the first few weeks of school so you can get a better sense for how hard the work load is. You don't want to get overwhelmed. That said, you also want to make sure that you leave some room in your schedule for some relaxation and fun otherwise I doubt you'll be able to maximize your productivity studying.

I think Physics is a bit easier than Chemistry because Physics is dealing more with calculus whereas Chemistry is not. If you are good in math then you shouldn't have a problem with passing those classes.

Sounds like fun. Chemistry is easier if you already took biology.
