It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive. My Doctor recommended it to me and after 1 year of trying I got the book. It worked the very next month. It turns out that my timing was wrong due to mis-information. I hope it helps you, too! It's not only about getting pregnant. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. buy vitamins that are high in folic acid and iron. you can buy those two vitamins alone without having to have all the others. I would also suggest a calcium supplement as well. my doctor told me to take prenatal viatamins even though i wasn't pregnant to increase my chances to get pregnant. Amazingly, 6 months later, I am 4 months pregnant. So it really works.
