stick some cotton in the toe part it will help fill the shoe better so your heal wont come out

also maybe put a bandaid on your heel if it does come out it wont hurt has bad as it rubs against the back.

If it's a closed shoe, stuff a little ankle sock in the front where your toes are too make up the empty room and helps your foot stay in place.

put some tissue in the back i do that tho i dont were high heals but i have done it to other shoes. hope that helps.^_^

Take them to be repaired. You can get heels replaced.
