As of this morning, it is not even up for sale yet. Hopefully the buyer will clean it up and get rid of the gangs. We don't need more houses.

Last I heard--officially--was that it was up for sale. I later heard a low-quality rumor that they were hanging it up at the end of this year...but nothing official.

It's been overrun by gangs and they have tagged up the joint and someone blew up one of the propane trams that takes you to the entrance.
