I would avoid names that conotate 'badness' like Thunder, Killer, Buck me Off in 8 Seconds or Less and go for something more romantic. Like Lady Gless or Ms. Priss. I had a pony I bought that was pretty bad mannered and her name was Thunder. I changed it to Cinderella and that way when people approached her they thought she was sweet and she responded to the kindness. She was a great pony.
