I think the accuracy depends on a few things...
- If the test is timed
- if your age is used as part of the calculation
- and if you don't guess at any of the answers,
You should end up with a fairly accurate score. But it will probably never be bang on.
Also, you should only do the same test once. Doing it again and getting a higher score means nothing. It needs to be a completely different test.

When I took the test i scored the same as I did in high school so I would say it worked for me.

Not accurate at all. It's often pseudo-psychology or pop psychology.
If you don't have to pay a ridiculous amount to take it, it's probably not very accurate.

it gave me a score of 133.
I believe it.
