Need to bring a valid picture ID like a license or passport and also, a debit card or major credit card for a lot of banks if not try and open a credit union account first or you can try a low end bank because they'll take anyone and hit you with their bounced check fees.

Just go into any USA bank and tell them you want to open an account ... Doesn't matter what nationality you are
